Z\u00e1rove\u0148 udr\u017eujeme vysokou \u017eivotn\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 a kvalitu poskytovan\u00fdch slu\u017eeb t\u00edm, \u017ee poskytujeme slu\u017eebn\u00ed byty pot\u0159ebn\u00fdm profes\u00edm \u2013 zdravotn\u00edk\u016fm, u\u010ditel\u016fm, soci\u00e1ln\u00edm pracovn\u00edk\u016fm, policist\u016fm, hasi\u010d\u016fm apod. Ty nab\u00edz\u00edme za z\u00e1kladn\u00ed n\u00e1jemn\u00e9 177 korun za m2. Zhruba t\u0159etinu voln\u00e9ho bytov\u00e9ho fondu ro\u010dn\u011b pak nab\u00edz\u00edme v&nbsp;elektronick\u00fdch aukc\u00edch. V&nbsp;t\u011bch dvoukolov\u00fdch nav\u00edc up\u0159ednost\u0148ujeme obyvatele Prahy 2, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed mo\u017enost si n\u00e1jem bytu v\u00fdhodn\u011b vysout\u011b\u017eit,\u201c <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 starosta Prahy 2 Jan Korseska. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 cena vysout\u011b\u017een\u00e9ho n\u00e1jmu v&nbsp;leto\u0161n\u00edm roce \u010dinila 306 korun za m2, co\u017e je o v\u00edce ne\u017e 30 % m\u00e9n\u011b, ne\u017e je pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd n\u00e1jem v&nbsp;Praze. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201ePravidla z roku 2019 byla v n\u011bkter\u00fdch oblastech zastaral\u00e1, a proto vy\u017eadovala dopln\u011bn\u00ed \u010di \u00fapravu. Prost\u0159edky vlo\u017een\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00edklad na vybaven\u00ed<\/em> <em>vysout\u011b\u017een\u00e9ho bytu kuchy\u0148skou linkou se tak n\u00e1jemc\u016fm rozhodn\u011b vr\u00e1t\u00ed, a jistota toho, \u017ee s&nbsp;nimi radnice jako s&nbsp;n\u00e1jemci po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 dlouhodob\u011b, je k&nbsp;nezaplacen\u00ed,\u201c <\/em>dod\u00e1v\u00e1 m\u00edstostarostka Lucie Pechov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 je ges\u010dn\u011b odpov\u011bdn\u00e1 nejen za oblast soci\u00e1ln\u00ed, ale i oblast bytov\u00e9 politiky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Praha 2 byla v&nbsp;roce 2009 jednou z&nbsp;prvn\u00edch m\u011bstsk\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, kter\u00e1 z\u00e1jemc\u016fm voln\u00e9 byty k pron\u00e1jmu za\u010dala prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed nab\u00edzet. Klasick\u00e9 aukce po\u0159\u00e1dan\u00e9 fyzicky vyst\u0159\u00eddaly v&nbsp;roce 2021 aukce elektronick\u00e9. Jejich nespornou v\u00fdhodou je kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a u\u017eivatelsky p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed prezentace nab\u00edzen\u00fdch bytov\u00fdch jednotek. Praha 2 letos uspo\u0159\u00e1dala \u0161est elektronick\u00fdch aukc\u00ed a za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 na p\u0159elomu roku p\u0159ipravovat dal\u0161\u00ed. Nab\u00eddne v&nbsp;n\u00ed hned 10 bytov\u00fdch jednotek r\u016fzn\u00fdch dispozic situovan\u00fdch jak na Nov\u00e9m M\u011bst\u011b, Vinohradech, tak i v&nbsp;Nusl\u00edch.
