Na P\u00e1lav\u011b dost\u00e1v\u00e1 nezam\u011bniteln\u00fd charakter d\u00edky specifick\u00e9mu terroiru \u2013 to znamen\u00e1 spojen\u00ed p\u016fdy, klimatu a geografick\u00e9 polohy. Na\u0161e vinice na trati Purmice to ukazuj\u00ed nejl\u00e9pe,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje Tich\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tra\u0165 Purmice, kter\u00e1 le\u017e\u00ed na ji\u017en\u00edm svahu s n\u00edzkou nadmo\u0159skou v\u00fd\u0161kou, poskytuje hrozn\u016fm ide\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky. <em>\u201eJde o vinici, kde se slunce op\u00edr\u00e1 o svahy, a pokud to p\u0159\u00edroda dovol\u00ed, doch\u00e1z\u00ed k napaden\u00ed hrozn\u016f botrytidou. Tato u\u0161lechtil\u00e1 pl\u00edse\u0148 zp\u016fsobuje, \u017ee bobule ztr\u00e1cej\u00ed vodu a koncentruj\u00ed cukry, kyseliny i aromatick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky.
